This privacy policy explains how we use the data and personal information that you provide us with. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have fully read and understood this policy before making a purchase with us and sharing their personal data with us. 

The data which is collected from you, is not shared with any third parties or sold. We collect your data for the purpose of shipping, and understanding whom our clientele base is. 

We collect information on our site in different ways:

  • When you register and make an order: In order for customers to use certain parts of our site and make purchases they have to enter some personal information, such as email address, full name, home address and banking details. This information is very sensitive so we take the up most care to ensure that it stays private. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We use your data that was aforementioned for the purpose of sending you the products you have purchased, taking payment for orders placed, giving you tracking information on orders placed, customer service inquiries and getting a better understanding of whom our clientele base is. 

  • Like many other sites, our sites uses cookies and web beacons which are also known as clear log files. This technology allows the server to automatically recognise the internet URL in which you are accessing our site from. 

  • At Rapture Boutique Ltd we respect children's privacy. We do not knowingly and or intentionally collect data that is from a child. (A child would be classed as anyone whom is under the age of 18).

  • Our site incorporates physical, electronic and administrative procedures in order to safeguard the confidentiality of our customers and those whom access our site. Rapture Boutique Ltd wants to ensure that your personal information is safe and protected at all times so we have put in safeguards in order to ensure this happens. 

  • Upon request we will correct and or update your personal information so that it is up to date. Furthermore, if you request it, you can opt-out of emails meaning that we will no longer send you emails regarding promotions and newsletters. 

  • You can change your personal information at any time through our site under the my account section. 

  • We ensure that our policies are always up to date and in compliance with e-commerce laws. So if there are any changes to our privacy policy at anytime, you will be notified via email through the email address you provide us with. The changes we will inform you about, will be in regard to how we collect, use and disclose the personal information you provide us with. 

  • We recommend that all customers carefully read our privacy policy before making any type of purchase with us.

Terms and conditions 

When customers shop with us at Rapture Boutique, it is their responsibility to read all of the terms and conditions before making a purchase. When an order is placed with us, you will be required to tick a box, which informs us that you have read all of the terms and conditions and have thus agreed to them. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, it therefore means that you have acknowledged and understood that all purchases are final and that we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. (exchanges are only accepted if the wrong items are shipped to you, but this is subject to proof and the wrong items being returned to us, in a sellable condition.) If a case dose arise where the wrong items are sent to you, then please contact us immediately via email or Instagram Direct Message with proof.

  • Rapture Boutique Ltd is not responsible for the package once it has been dispatched from our facility. If a case dose arise where the package dose not arrive Rapture Boutique Ltd is not responsible. But if this dose occur, please don't hesitate to contact the courier with the tracking number we provide you with, in order to try and find the missing parcel. 

  • At Rapture Boutique Ltd, we make sure that all of our cosmetic items are fit for purchase and made in a sanitary area. We recommend that the customer reads the ingredients list and familiarises themselves with it before making a purchase with us, just to ensure that they are not allergic to any of the ingredients, that we have used. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have done this before making a purchase, as we have clearly listed all of the ingredients on the items page, so failure to do so will subsequently be at the fault of the buyer. 

  • Some of our lipglosses are made using different ingredients. The ingredients differ from lipgloss to lipgloss so it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have carefully read the ingredients to each of our cosmetic products before making a purchase. This is in order to avoid an allergic reaction. Failure to do so will be at the fault of the customer thus making them liable as Rapture Boutique Ltd has ensured to label the ingredients on our site. 

  • We recommend that once you have opened our cosmetic products, you do not keep them for longer than 12 months as the ingredients may expire.  (When we say cosmetic products, we mean items such as lipgloss. This dose not include items such as wigs and hoodies.)

  • Rapture Boutique Ltd reserves the right to update and change our terms and conditions at any time. So it is essential that customers read the terms and conditions before placing an order with us. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they familiarise themselves with our terms and conditions. 

  • When you are making and order, please ensure that all of your details are correct and up to date. This is essential as once the order has been placed this is very difficult to change. If a predicament arises where you have entered the wrong shipping address, please email us at raptureboutiqueuk@gmail.com. If this dose happen to you, we will have to wait for items to be sent back to our facilities. When this is has been done, we can re-ship the items back to you at your new updated address. This will be done at no extra cost, but will take a while to process so please be patient with us. 

  • The items in which are listed on the website, are all subject to availability, thus meaning that if you place an order and the item happens to be mistakenly out of stock, we will notify you about this issue via email. We will take the necessary steps to issue you a refund for the item but also for the shipping, of the item that is out of stock. 

  • Rapture Boutique Ltd reserves  the right to refuse an order if we are unable to obtain the authorisation of the used payment method, or if we suspect that the transaction is fraudulent. If this predicament was to arise the you will be notified as soon as possible via email, through the email address that you provide us. 

  • The items which are listed in our boutique are placed there for illustrative purposes. We make the very best efforts to capture good images of the products we sell, to give the customer an image of what the products will look like  but we cannot guarantee that your screen display will reflect the true visualisation and colours of the products listed. 

  • The prices of our products may change at any time, without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. An example of this could be due to an increase on importing our products or tax inflation. Despite this, it will not affect the orders that were placed before this increase in price happened. 

  • The customer has a responsibility to ensure that they familiarise themselves with the care guidelines and instructions of all of our products to ensure that they last and maintain a good shape for as long as possible. Rapture Boutique Ltd will not be responsible for the care of each product. Care guides have been made available on our site, free of charge. So it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they utilise these to ensure the longevity of your products.

  • Where the size of a product is applicable, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have read the relevant size guides. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they pick a size in which is suitable for them, using the relevant guides provided. 

  • It is the customers responsibility to ensure that have fully read and understood the privacy policy highlighted in our store policy. It is the customers duty to ensure that they are aware of the privacy policy before they make a purchase with us and share their personal data with us. 

  • Rapture Boutique Ltd recommend that all customers familiarise themselves with the returns and shipping policies that are provided, before making a purchase with us.

  • All photographs and videos that have been uploaded are property of Rapture Boutique Ltd and we do not authorise the use of our pictures and or videos outside of any of our platforms. If any of our videos and or pictures are used without our proper written consent then we will proceed to use legal action for the images and videos that are used without our consent. 

  • Any music which has been used on our site and or social media platforms is not ours thus meaning that we do not own the rights to any of the music in which has been used. We only use small snippets of the songs for promotional purposes and the proper accreditation has been listed below.  (Songs used on this site are as follows: Dream girl by Ir Sais, released in 2019)
