SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping time stated, is how long your product should take to arrive once your order has been processed. When making a custom order the time it takes to ship to you will take longer due to our products being handmade. (Our custom wigs). Please allow 3-4 days after your initial payment, for your order to be processed. After this processing time then your order will be  dispatched. When your items have been dispatched you will receive a tracking number through the email address which you have provided us with.  If you have any inquiries please don't hesitate to contact us either through email and or Instagram Direct Message. 

Return & Exchange Policy

All purchases are final. This means that we do not currently issue refunds or exchanges  at this point in time. If in the event that your package goes missing during transit, we are not responsible. Once the items leave our facilities we are no longer responsible for them. 

You are entitled for an exchange if, the product you have received is wrong thus meaning it is the not the product that you ordered. But in order to be eligible for this, you have to send photographic evidence of the items you have received and also your invoice. In order to get your correct products, you must return the products which you wrongly, received back to our facilities in a sellable condition.
